Throughout our site, and in our closeout section, you will see closeout/open box items in our inventory. These items are clearly marked in all of the following places: 

-item number has -closeout in it

-product title has OBC (Open Box Closeout) in it

-blue closeout badge on product page

-gray box indicating the item is a closeout & no returns on product page

-gray box indicating the item is a closeout & no returns on cart page

-item line reads "closeout : no returns on this item" throughout checkout

Sadly, if you do miss all of the above references to the items closeout status, we will not be able to help in the form of a return. All sales on closeout items are final, no returns or exchanges may be made on them.
