Once we receive your return, it will take 3-5 business days for us to process your return. If you elect to receive a gift card rather than a refund, you will receive the gift card in your email with the amount of your return, minus any shipping or other fees (damaged or used product, etc.) The gift card will be assessable to use immediately and does not expire while there are funds associated to it.
