New process for 2022**

New for 2022, returns will be submitted through your customer account page. If you don't have an account setup, simply register for an account using the same email you used to place your order. 

Register your account

If you have not done so already, you will need to register your account with Northwest Bicycle before you start your return process. The email you register with must be the same that you used to place your order. Once you register using this email address, all orders placed under this email will show in your account history page.

Submit your return

1. Log into your account

2. Navigate to the upper right portion of the page and select "Account & Orders"

3. Select "Account & Order History" from the menu.

4. Select the order to return and select "Submit Return"

5. Select the orders you wish to return as well as prompted questions

6. Once complete, select "Submit Return"

After your return is successfully submitted, you will see a green box confirming your submission. An agent will process the request as quickly as possible and reach out if we need any more information.

If you did not request a return label, you may send in your item after you submitted the return form.

A note on the new return process: You will be provided a refund estimate on the return form to help with your decision. Please note that these numbers are estimates, so please refer to our return policy for exact numbers. Returns may be submitted within 40 days of the date of purchase, after this period your return option will be removed from the order. Returns must be received no later than 45 days after your order was placed. 

Please remember that the following conditions must be met: 

1. The item is new in box with all packaging, tags, etc. Installed or used parts will not be accepted. 

2. The item is being returned within 45 days

3. The item was not a closeout item 

We recommend to always ship your item back with a carrier who provides valid tracking. Northwest Bicycle is not responsible for the returned item until it shows a valid delivery scan to our warehouse. 

Once your item arrives, we will process it (generally in 3 - 5 business days) and you will receive an email that your refund or credit has been issued.
