In store pickup is available at either of our retail store locations. When your item is ready for pickup, you will receive an email indicating the item is ready for pickup. For items that are transferred from our Reno warehouse to our retail store, you will be provided a tracking number, once this tracking number shows as delivered your item is ready for pickup.
You are required to have photo ID and your order confirmation email at the time of pickup.
Complete bikes ordered on our website will require a 2 business day processing time for payments to clear before you may pickup the bike.
