Currently, most orders $50+ will be eligible for free shipping. If your order is eligible, simple select free shipping at checkout. All orders will have additional shipping options such as UPS Ground if you prefer to select your service. 

Free shipping will include tracking from the carrier which will be emailed to you once your item is on the way. 

We ship to all addresses including PO Boxes, but please note certain items that only ship via UPS will not be able to deliver to a PO Box. If you have a physical address, we prefer this over PO Boxes.

Stock Status - Most orders received by 9AM will ship out the same day as long as they are in stock. If you item is not in stock we will notify you via email. Inventory is updated every 5 minutes site wide to help reduce any discrepancies. 

Oversize items & complete bikes

Oversize items, including complete bikes, will be excluded from our free shipping policy. These are generally larger or bulky in size (wheel sets, repair stands, etc) that have increased shipping charges. We will offer a competitive low price shipping option on these items at checkout. 

E-bikes and items with batteries

E-bikes are excluded from our Free Shipping offer and shipping charged will be billed separately. Item containing batteries will only ship via ground which can add to your delivery time.
