We know that order cancellations are inevitable with online shopping. It is just so dang easy to click buy these days that it often leads to many mistakes! If you have placed an order and realized you made a mistake on any aspect (items, address, etc) you have the ability to cancel that order by yourself for up to 2 hours after the order. 


Each order confirmation email will include a link at the bottom to cancel your order, along with the order confirmation page at checkout. 


After the 2 hours have passed, you will then need to email our support staff to process the cancellation. If this is happens during our business hours, we will reply promptly. If it is after hours or on a weekend, we will reply the next business day.


Order cancellation requests over $1500 will we assessed a 3% cancellation fee to cover the credit fees associated with your payment. 


Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive an order cancellation email and your refund will be processed immediately. Generally, refunds post to your credit card in 3-5 business days.
